About Department

The Department of Zoology was established in 2009, got Grant in aid staff in 2014 and established as separate department in 2015.

In our department we create environment for holistic development of the complete individual and inculcate characters like open mindedness and responsibility towards the society and also to Mother Nature.

Genetic, biotechnological and molecular biological aspects of animal life

Parasites and their significance for prevention and cure for the diseases
To create research mentality and scientific advancement among students

Field Visit

Virtual Field trip was conducted using online Google Meet platform on 27.02.2021 in Kaziranga National Park, Ratnabore National Park, Kanna National park,Coral Reef and also able to know about history of Bandhav Garah National park and Tiger Reserve.
