Historical Perspective

The Department of Self Financing was established in the year 2010. Self Financing courses {Bachelor of Management Studies, B. Com (Banking and Insurance), B. Com (Accounting and Finance) were started with 03 students enrolled in Self Financing Department. Since then there is tremendous increase in the students for Self Financing department at present there are 234 students in Self Financing stream.

The Department focuses not only on the Academic part but also on the practical aspect which are beneficial to the student future prospects. Keeping in view of Industry trends there are many Events, Seminars which are conducted by inviting Guests Lectures from Industry Level Professional so as to make over all growth of the students. These events are organized by Commerce Association, various committees and Industrial Visit is also organized by Industrial visit committee of the college.

* Many of our alumni are associated with NGOs, some have became entrepreneurs, and many are working with renowned organizations.

The Department caters to the development of students of Self Financing streams at the Under Graduate level. The syllabi offered is as per guidelines of University of Mumbai.
